The Annual Governor's Pardon and Clemency Ceremony will take place on Wednesday, June 14, 2023, and will be administered by Governor Kirk Paul. It will be Paul's second clemency and pardon ceremony. This year, 18 people will be pardoned, and 2 people will receive a clemency. The ceremonies will proceed as follows:
